This knife is a first in line for a new series of carving knives that are robust and trust worthy. It features an 80mm straight blade made from 75Cr7 steel by Szabo Andras.
The blade has a 24° flat over hollow grind with a rounded and polished spine. The blade is thicker and wider than an average straight carving knife. This knife is intended to serve as a knife that can take some more abuse than a usual sloyd knife. Ideal to take it camping with you and excel with a wide variety of carving task.
This straight knife features a faceted Ebonised Oak handle.
The handle is the refined and slightly thicker version of my standard handle design. It`s ergonomics are further enhanced and made to compliment this robust blade.
